Verified on 6.9.2 snap 3.

On a setup with 100 repos I've seen ~30% improvement of the Complete syncs from Satellite to an external Capsule. Speed of repo syncs to the Satellite itself remained the same, compared to 6.8.6 snap 1.1.

Also verified that different content types (rpms, kickstart, files, container images) are synced properly and available to the registered host in a CV promoted to the capsule's LCE. Additional changes (content added/removed) of that CV were synced properly and reflected at the host as well.
