tile view and list view

Description of problem:
1. When creating VM from template using Wizard, users were presented with a tile view of templates. When viewing the VM templates, users were presented with a list view. Some users initially were confused where they were and tried to “switch” between the views.
2. Users appreciated the different views- the extra details on the tile view and the ability to view at-a-glance with list view. One user suggested the feature to switch between tile view and list view for both pages.
