Description of problem:
It was not immediately clear what the Star icon meant.

Consider adding an info-layer to explain the Star icon (Favorites) similar to the info-layer that explains “Red Hat”.

how to fix:
a - add a hover message "Favorite templates are pinned to the top of the list"
b - add a gray star for un-favorite template with same hover message.
c - make the stars clickable to toggle favorite status
