Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click "Create VM", or "Import VM", or create storage pool dialog
The function is ok but there is no border for the drop-down box like Installation source , Operating system, Target path for storage pool...
2. Then update the 238.2-1 packages to 242-1
Situation not improved.

Actual results:
See above.

Expected results:
There should be border for drop-down box.

No browser specific, can reproduce with all browsers we test cockpit against.
