snippests): After powering down an OCP/OCS node, an alert, " 2 different versions of Ceph Mon components running" is reported.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. From Azure portal, stop storage node
2. Start storage node
3. After storage node returns to "ready" state the warning appears.
