Description of problem:
Currently Passenger tuning is still included in Satellite 6.9 but Puma is being used since Satellite 6.9

Verified on 6.10 Snap2

Verification steps:

1: Checked the "passenger" parameter in all available size but it was not present.

# cd /usr/share/foreman-installer/config/foreman.hiera/tuning/sizes
# grep -i passenger *
# ls
extra-extra-large.yaml  extra-large.yaml  large.yaml  medium.yaml
