According to Comment 3, the output of 4.4 and 4.8 is different, is it work as design? thanks

Yes. It should work. Let me know if there is an issue with SAN as listed in 4.8:

In 4.8:

X509v3 Subject Alternative Name: 
      DNS:localhost, DNS:10.0.182.155, IP Address:10.0.182.155

If there is no issue, close the BZ.
