Description of problem:

When using the rsyslog parameter 'filegroup' with a group name with large number of users (eg: 100), rsyslog reports the error "Can't get ID for group with large number of users when using 'fileGroup' parameter"

Issue is already reported upstream https://github.com/rsyslog/rsyslog/issues/4245 and fixed in v8.2006 rsyslog package in https://github.com/rsyslog/rsyslog/pull/4246.
