gpgme-devel in Fedora provides the following:
Provides: pkgconfig(gpgme) = <version>
Provides: pkgconfig(gpgme-glib) = <version>
file: /usr/lib64/pkgconfig/gpgme-glib.pc
file: /usr/lib64/pkgconfig/gpgme.pc

It would be great to have them in RHEL too so we can build packages using gpgme consistently across all RHEL and Fedora versions.
