Due to apparent regression in monitoring, we are disabling our Alertmanager e2e tests.  Seeing a lot of errors: https://search.ci.openshift.org/?search=creates+a+receiver+correctly&maxAge=48h&context=1&type=bug%2Bjunit&name=&excludeName=&maxMatches=5&maxBytes=20971520&groupBy=job

Check logs in https://prow.ci.openshift.org/view/gs/origin-ci-test/pr-logs/pull/openshift_console/8801/pull-ci-openshift-console-master-e2e-gcp-console/1387228963868250112, alertmanager related tests are skipped.
And check in https://search.ci.openshift.org/?search=creates+a+receiver+correctly&maxAge=48h&context=1&type=bug%2Bjunit&name=&excludeName=&maxMatches=5&maxBytes=20971520&groupBy=job , there is no related error found.
