This may require caveats, I'm not sure backup & restore works on the compute nodes, and we do irreversible changes to the way VMs are plugged into br-int on all compute nodes. We should open a RHBZ for this and start a conversation between the OVN squad and the backup & restore squad to see what can we do, what did we test, and how should we document it here.
