Description of problem:
Inconsistencies with word spacing for openstack undercloud and overcloud backup help

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run $ openstack undercloud backup --help
2. Run $ openstack overcloud backup --help

Actual results: Words are not spaced out correctly


Expected results: No typo errors

Type issue, regarding the description of the parameters. some examples:
 -deprecatedand
 -withtripleo-ansible-
 -willinstall
 -nodewhich
