Dialog version from Fedora 32 was working with --pause option.
Updated system to Fedora 33 and the option now fails.
Fedora 32 has dialog Version: 1.3-20191210 Works
Fedora 33 has dialog Version: 1.3-20200327 Doesn't Work
dialog --pause "Test" 10 50 10
shows message with bar with 10, but doesn't count down seconds as it should.

Lastest version from dialog site Version: 1.3-20210324 Works fine.
Contacted the maintainer, and this was a known bug, and was fixed, but the Fedora 33 hasn't updated to the fixed version.

So, should be a simple upgrade of the code to include the patched version.

Had updated build machine of my G4L project, and that is when I noticed feature no longer worked same.
Contacted maintainer of the dialog project, and got an immediate reply with the link to the bug report and fix.
Downloaded latest source code, built, and issue resolved for me needs, but would be better to have it fixed for all.

Downloaded and installed the update, and it resolved the problem.
Did note that it is Version: 1.3-20210117
while the website has Version: 1.3-20210324?
So, perhaps they were already working on an update?

But very fast resolution. Thanks for the Great Work...
