Description Jens Petersen 2021-04-30 07:48:53 UTC
Description of problem:
After upgrading from Silverblue 33 to Silverblue 34,
I noticed the the speaker volume (T480s) is basically stuck.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
pipewire-0.3.25-1.fc34.x86_64
gnome-shell-40.0-3.fc34.x86_64

How reproducible:
100% probably

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgraded from F33 to F34.
2. Adjust volume with headset plugged in
3. Remove headset jack and try to adjust laptop speaker volume
4. plug headset jack back in

Actual results:
2. works normally
3. volume is stuck - even if I drag the volume UI it gets reset immediately
   to the small fixed range.
4. volume adjust works still for headset

Expected results:
Speaker volume changes to be possible as normal.

Additional info:
Not sure what further info I could provide.
