This bug is used to track the readiness of krb5 with OpenSSL 3.0

currently the build fails with some porting issues:


with error:

DEBUG util.py:444:  No matching package to install: 'openssl-devel < 1:3.0.0'

Kindly fix them to ensure krb5 builds with OpenSSL 3.0, as we will introduce OpenSSL 3.0 in RHEL-9
