Description of problem:
In `man dnfdragora` and `man dnfdragora.yaml` in the COPYRIGHT section the year order is wrong and contains false information.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
dnfdragora-2.1.0-3.fc34.noarch

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. `man dnfdragora` or `man dnfdragora.yaml
2. scroll to COPYRIGHT section

Actual results:
2021 - 2017, Angelo Naselli and Neal Gompa

Expected results:
2016 - 2017, Angelo Naselli and Neal Gompa

Additional info:
In the 2.1.0 source code the year order is "2016 - 2017". I guess in the RPM building process 2016 gets overwritten with 2021. I cannot find out which component is responsible.
