Would be possible to implement the condition "last changed from" (implemented by bug 1944984) also into BRE rule engine?

The BRE has it's own matching functionality and isn't related to the advanced search. Currently it doesn't have any hooks in to the bug history and adding it will be more work than adding it to the advanced search was.

It needs some hard thinking done on the design because as soon as we add it people will want to use it for other things. I am focused on the DC migration ATM and can't give this the focus it requires for proper design ATM.

The fix for this issue has been deployed to https://partner-bugzilla.redhat.com/ for pre-release testing.
