Description of problem:
Install OpenShift Virtualization checkbox is present when install a SNO cluster


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Assisted-ui-lib version:  1.5.19

How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Cluster
2. Fill out cluster details, select SNO checkbox, and check consent form
3. At Bare Metal Discovery Step "Install OpenShift Virtualization" checkbox is present and can be enabled

Actual results:
Install OpenShift Virtualization checkbox is present


Expected results:
Install OpenShift Virtualization checkbox is absent or disabled
