The CentOS Stream buildroot has the following package gaps because a build has not been performed yet:

This bug will be closed when the packages are either retired as no longer needed, or have a successful build performed in CentOS Stream.

Packages that depend on these for build dependencies can block against this bug.

I think these three packages should not exist in CentOS Stream, and nothing in CentOS Stream should depend on them. CentOS Stream instead has centos-indexhtml, centos-logos, and centos-release.

You are correct. I included the full list for completeness, but we are aware of the packages that "shouldn't" exist.
