Previously, the `PluginInstanceFormat` parameter for collectd accepted only one of the following values: 'none', 'name', 'uuid', or 'metadata'. With this update, you can now specify more than one value for the `PluginInstanceFormat` parameter, resulting in more information being sent in the `plugin_instance` label of collectd metrics.

According to our records, this should be resolved by puppet-collectd-12.0.1-2.20201113222723.el8ost.  This build is available now.

I don't think that is correct since I only got the change merged upstream a couple weeks ago. The first build this is available in would be puppet-collectd-12.0.1-1.20210505163300.4686e16.el8ost

fixed. templates verification passes with multiple values in PluginInstanceFormat
