Since "Unify the GRUB configuration files"  /boot/grub2 is the default directory.

But in uefi mode the fonts directory is in /boot/efi/EFI/fedora  and missing in /boot/grub2.

So grub doesnt find /font/unicode.pf2 and cant boot in graphical mode.
