Description of problem:
Console-operator is reporting a misspelled condition named "DonwloadsDeploymentSync"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to console-operator config page
2. Check the list of its conditions

Actual results:
There is a 'DonwloadsDeploymentSync' condition which is misspelled. 

Expected results:
'DonwloadsDeploymentSync' condition should not be there. Instead it should be 'DownloadsDeploymentSync'.

Checked on ocp 4.8 cluster with payload 4.8.0-0.nightly-2021-05-09-10543.
1. Go to console-operator config page
2. Check the list of its conditions, there is no 'DonwloadsDeploymentSync' condition in the list, it's "DownloadsDeploymentSync" now.
