Description of problem:
The CMO end-to-end tests depend on a storageClass whih only exists for AWS. It breaks some of the tests when we try to switch the tests to another cloud platform (e.g. GCP or Azure).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy a cluster on GCP
2. Build the operator locally
3. Run "make test-e2e"

Actual results:
Failure on TestAlertmanagerVolumeClaim.

Expected results:
No failure
