It looks like four of the regions, (asia-northeast3, asia-southeast2, us-west3, and us-west4) are supported [1] and europe-central2 support is pending [2].

@tsze: Will you please verify asia-northeast3, asia-southeast2, us-west3, and us-west4 are supported and QE tested on 4.6+?

If so, I will create a documentation update PR for the four regions we currently support. I will create another PR updating europe-central2 after PR4901 [2] is merged.


Also, we list `us-east4` as "Ashburn, Northern Virginia" and the GCP docs list "Ashburn, Virginia" [1][3]. Should we update our code and docs to match the GCP docs?

I can confirm 4.6 installer does list asia-northeast3, asia-southeast2, us-west3, us-west4.


I will separately check if there is a preference / list to change us-east4 (Ashburn, North Virginia, USA) to us-east4 (Ashburn, Virginia, US).

The installer now has europe-central2 (Warsaw, Poland).

Conclusion from a discussion is we will remove "Northern" from the doc when mentioning us-east4.
