The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
As a result of bug 1916174, ipcalc is no longer present and %pre kickstart scripts that rely on ipcalc fail.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to run ipcalc in a %pre script in a kickstart profile

Actual results:
No such file or directory

Expected results:
ipcalc is available during %pre as it was in previous RHEL 8 minor releases

Additional info:
RHEL 8.4 has dropped dhcp-client package in favour of using NetworkManager's internal DHCP implementation and that seems to have pulled ipcalc as well, since dhcp-client depends on ipcalc.
