Description of problem:
ceph-ansible currently is not equipped to purge cluster configured using cephadm or cephadm adopted.
This is a tracker to track the new playbook planned to be included in 5.0 to help users who want to purge the cluster.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ceph-ansible-6.0.5-1.el8cp.noarch.rpm 

How reproducible:
Tried once, might hit always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure a 5.x cluster or upgrade and adopt a 5.x cluster
2. try to purge the cluster

Actual results:
There are no ways to purge a 5.x cluster / exiting playbooks fails as they are not equipped to purge 5.x cluster

Expected results:
ceph-ansible to be equipped to purge a 5.x cluster
