Description of problem:
Satellite has wrong version for 6.9.2 displayed on login screen.  It's still displayed as 6.9.1

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a satellite 6.9.2 box up and running

Actual results:
Version 6.9.1

Expected results:
Version 6.9.2

in package list I see:

Steps to retest:

1. Install 6.9.2 sat.
2. Check login screen

Expected:
Should see Version 6.9.2 on login screen.

Actual:
See that the version 6.9.2 is displayed on login screen.

Verified on 6.9.2 snap 4 with satellite-6.9.2-1.el7sat.noarch, satellite-cli-6.9.2-1.el7sat.noarch, and satellite-common-6.9.2-1.el7sat.noarch.
