Verified on OCP 4.7.14 with latestNFD operator and NFD operand node-feature-discovery images form release-4.7 branches:

                    feature.node.kubernetes.io/system-os_release.RHEL_VERSION=8.3
                    feature.node.kubernetes.io/system-os_release.VERSION_ID=4.7

                    feature.node.kubernetes.io/system-os_release.VERSION_ID.minor=7

This bug will be shipped as part of next z-stream release 4.7.15 on June 14th, as 4.7.14 was dropped due to a regression https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1967614
