 - Why is src/scoutfish.py in %doc?

Will fix

It's an example of how to wrap scoutfish with Python. I could probably package it like an actual library, but upstream doesn't to that and afaict no downstream project is actually using it, so putting it in docs as an example seemed more appropriate.
