Description of problem:
some ImageStream related pages are not following CamelCase convention

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check ImageStreams list page
2. Check one ImageStream detail page
3. Check ImageStream tag detail page and the breadcrumb link text

Actual results:
1. ImageStreams list page is using `Image Streams` 
2. ImageStream detail page section heading is `Image Stream details`
3. ImageStream tag detail page section heading is `Image Details` and breadcrumb link is : Image Streams -> apicast-gateway -> Image Stream Tag Details

Expected results:
1. ImageStreams list page should use text `ImageStreams`
2. ImageStream detail page section heading is `ImageStream details`
3. ImageStream tag detail page section heading is `ImageStreamTag details`, and the breadcrumb link should be : ImageStreams -> apicast-gateway  -> ImageStreamTag details

1. ImageStreams list page is using `ImageStreams` 
2. ImageStream detail page section heading is `ImageStream details`
3. ImageStream tag detail page section heading is `ImageStreamTag details` and breadcrumb link is : ImageStreams -> apicast-gateway -> ImageStreamTag details, some fields on ImageStreamTag details page is using lower case for the second word 'Image name' , 'Created at', 'Image labels' and 'Environment variables', 'Working dir' and 'Exposed ports'
