Description of problem:
most parts on ImageStreamTag details page are not translated

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit console and add ?pseudolocalization=true&lng=en suffix
2. check ImageStreamTag details page via Builds -> ImageStreams -> click on one ImageStream -> click on one ImageStreamTag in Tags section
3. 

Actual results:
2. most parts are not translated

Expected results:
2. the text should be translated

I was working on this bug but found out when opening a PR that there is another bug/PR (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1963219 / https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/9005) that addressed same issue. Closing this bug.
