Description of problem:
When running NETWORK test its failing - its not restaring the network service.
Lan workfing fine but after execute the command service network restart, the 
lan is not woking (not pining) and also system speed get slow down. but in X86 
its working fine.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install RHEL4 up3 X86-64 OS
2.install rhr2 testkit
3.run the network test
  
Actual results:

NETWOR or NETWORK2 are  failing 
Expected results:

NETWOR or NETWORK2 should pass

Additional info:
kindly help me to sort out these issue. i am using dual core AMD processor. 
The system speed is more than normal speed ( keystroke ,mouse movement)

rhr2 has been deprecated, closing these remaining bugs as WONTFIX.  Future bugs
against the "hts" test suite should be opened agains the "Red Hat Hardware
Certification Program" product selecting either "Test Suite (harness)" or "Test
Suite (tests)" components.
