Cause: ServiceMonitor had invalid selector in the manifest Consequence: CVO wasn't able to create this selector as it was stripped by the API server Fix: update the selector Result: CVO can successfully reconcile the resource and doesn't try to update it every sync iteration

Invalid `selector` set in ServiceMonitor for image-registry operator, this makes CVO apply this manifest on every sync iteration

This bug will be shipped as part of next z-stream release 4.7.15 on June 14th, as 4.7.14 was dropped due to a regression https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1967614
