This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 35 development cycle. Changing version to 35.

It seems we have no means to make this a release blocker for F35, the login/logout "works". But the fact that you see a "gnome crashed" notification each time you log out (on your next login, even after a reboot) makes Fedora look very unprofessional and unpolished. Nominating for a prioritized bug.
We did not have quorum at today's Prioritized Bugs meeting, so we will discuss this at the 20 October meeting.

Ben, this bug was simple, the crashed occurred on each logout. But I tested now with gnome-shell-41.1-1.fc35.x86_64 and it seems the crash no longer occurs. I can't reproduce it on my system nor in a clean VM. Closing this.
