This is already packaged here https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/golang-github-masterminds-sprig/blob/rawhide/f/golang-github-masterminds-sprig.spec


You can send a PR to update it and probably add an alternative import path for github.com/Masterminds/sprig/v3
