Description of problem:

The customer is not able to change the grafana_admin_password in a director deployed ceph environment.

The error is very similar to BZ:1848753

Additional info:
Initially, the deployment was failing with the same error as mentioned in BZ:1851455 and it was resolved after updating the environment.
