Test steps:
- Register a satellite content host with insights.
- Changed 48 hours wait time to 4 minutes for testing.
- Run "/usr/sbin/foreman-rake rh_cloud_insights:clean_statuses SEARCH="dhcp""

Observations:
- When satellite received insights report in last 4 minutes then "Insights: Reporting" status(Green) is shown for that host.
- When satellite received insights report but it was more than 4 minutes ago then "Insights: Not reporting" status(Red) is shown for that host.
- rh_cloud_insights:clean_statuses rake command deletes insights status of hosts based on given search query.
