Description of problem: On updating my Fedora 34 workstation to pipewire 0.3.28, the volume for my plugged in headphones reduce to barely audible even at 100%. On downgrading pipewire back to 0.3.25, the issue went away. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Always hitting this using pipewire 0.3.28
