Verified this bug on 4.6.0-0.nightly-2021-06-07-015907

# oc get ds -n openshift-multus multus -o yaml  | grep -i max
            f:maxUnavailable: {}
      maxUnavailable: 10%

# oc get ds -n openshift-multus network-metrics-daemon -o yaml | grep -i max
            f:maxUnavailable: {}
      maxUnavailable: 33%
