Description of problem:

 Failed to install packages: Error running transaction: file /usr/lib64/rcc from install of librcc-0.2.12-18.fc34.x86_64 conflicts with file from package qt6-qtbase-devel-6.1.0-1.fc34.x86_64


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
qt6-qtbase-devel-6.1.0-1.fc34

How reproducible:

Installing librcc and qt6-qtbase-devel


Expected results:

No conflicts
