With the fix to bz 1860646, users should have the same capabilities for configuring vGPU as if they're using custom properties, which is documented. This bz is about replacing the current documentation with with how it's done through the new dialog.

Done. I made some suggestions. FYI, we use "virtual machine", not "VM" in RHV docs. I'm open to revisiting that, but that's we do for now.
