As part of BZ 1967837 QE will check that OCS builds contains expected CSI images.

This BZ 1964238 will be verified by UI regression testing (since the change has impact on UI).

Builds are verified in the bug BZ 1967837.
Regression tests are completed on the build 4.8.0-416.ci and higher. No issues related to the change in csi sidecar was observed. Moving this bug to verified state.
