Description of problem: [RFE] [SR-IOV] [RHV 4.4.7] Migration should not require downtime as of today BZ 1688177 was verified as tech preview becasue of the next qemu-kvm known bugs: BZ 1955666 BZ 1953045 Their fix should be delivered and consumed by RHV in the next el8.4 z-stream and then the SR-IOV migration with minimal down time feature can be fully tested and considered as fully supported. We are expecting the qemu-kvm fix will be available during RHV 4.4.7 life cycle. Note for QE: Test the feature with the qemu-kvm fix
