Description of problem:
Inkscape-1.1 requires package python3-appdirs to get extensions dialog working.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install inkscape-1.1;
2. open extensions dialog: "Extensions" -> "Manage Extensions...".

Error is gone after installing package "python3-appdirs".
