OBS Studio 27 basic config I use

Description of problem:
Hi, I don't know if PipeWire is the component implicated in this bug, but something is not working correctly when you try to record from a Wayland session using a Radeon GPU, OBS Studio 27 and PipeWire.

I use Fedora 34 Workstation now with a Radeon RX 580 GPU and It's impossible to record at 60fps from the Wayland session using OBS Studio 27. I tried everything I know, even the Flatpak and RPM versions, but I always have the same result: the videos aren't running at 60fps after recorded them. I don't have this issue using Xorg and I can record at 60fps with the Comet Lake CPU (with only integrated graphics) I have in my laptop from the Wayland session.

I reported the bug to OBS, but they told me that the problem could be in Mutter. https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/issues/4590

But after doing a little further investigation I found that the bug is present in Sway too. I put all videos I made to show all the material I recorded for this bug.

-Trying to record from the Xorg session of Fedora 34 Workstation: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gYSSNjMG1f8p2dfhq0TJmCQXVhsq2JWq/view?usp=sharing

-Trying to record from Sway (Wayland): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1C5ZepoOcpGU4Jh_gZzlbbaAB1MZT__0r/view?usp=sharing

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
You just have to try to record from a Wayland session of Fedora 34 Workstation using a Radeon GPU (at least Polaris), OBS Studio 27 and PipeWire at 60fps.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run the Wayland (or Sway) session of Fedora 34 Workstation with a Radeon GPU.
2. Install OBS Studio 27 (RPM or Flatpak) and configure it to record with PipeWire and at 60fps.
3. After recording a video at 60fps, the resultant video clearly doesn't run at 60fps.

Actual results:
I can't record at 60fps using Fedora 34 Workstation, Wayland, OBS Studio 27 and PipeWire.

Expected results:
To get extremely smooth videos using Fedora 34 Workstation, Wayland, OBS Studio 27 and PipeWire.

This message is a reminder that Fedora Linux 34 is nearing its end of life.
Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora Linux 34 on 2022-06-07.
It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer
maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as EOL if it remains open with a
'version' of '34'.

Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you
plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, change the 'version'
to a later Fedora Linux version.

Thank you for reporting this issue and we are sorry that we were not
able to fix it before Fedora Linux 34 is end of life. If you would still like
to see this bug fixed and are able to reproduce it against a later version
of Fedora Linux, you are encouraged to change the 'version' to a later version
prior to this bug being closed.
