Description of problem:
It looks like "Route" is not translated in Chinese or Korean in public__public.po (a.k.a. public.json in the public folder) even though it is translated in other contexts.

Examples:
* "Update this YAML to configure Routes, Receivers, Groupings and other Alertmanager settings.": "이 YAML을 업데이트하여 경로, 수신자, 그룹화 및 기타 Alertmanager 등을 구성합니다."
* "Update this YAML to configure Routes, Receivers, Groupings and other Alertmanager settings.": "更新此 YAML，以配置路由，接收器，分组和其他 Alertmanager 设置。"

This was mentioned by @yapei in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1942548. I'm attaching her screenshot. Per Yadan, the "创建Route" button is not translated and it should be "创建路由" when Chinese is selected.

1. Look at public.json or public__public.po.

Actual results:
"Route": "Route" is not translated, but other contexts are.

Expected results:
It is handled consistently.

We received an updated file back for ZH but not KO. I'm putting up a PR for what we have for the time being, but we should keep this open until KO comes in.

The "route" string is fixed in sprint 202 drop. Please let me know if we also need to go back and fix 201.

Both fixes are included in https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/9135/files. We should be able to move this to QS once that merges.

Checked on ocp 4.8 cluster with payload 4.8.0-0.nightly-2021-06-16-020345.
On route page, all route strings are translated in Chinese/Korean/Japanese.
The bug is fixed.
