Description of problem:

Installed todays Kinoite Test ISO images in a VM in Virtualbox and got a popup nagging on .config/kwinrc not being writeable on first boot

Can you give us the exact version of the ISO you used for the installation and the output of rpm-ostree status? Thanks!
