e2e-openstack-ipi is now succeeding on 4.7, which means that the image builds again.

Joep, can you confirm that the build is working for s390x?

openshift-enterprise-tests-container-v4.7.0-202106032231.p0.git.dd7015e was built on 2021-06-04, successfully on amd64, ppc64le, and s390x. This build was based on this commit: https://github.com/openshift/origin/commit/dd7015e846380d5050494b9bb744f43cf04a4268. With which this is verified.
