Description of problem:

Currently, once the cluster is installed, the day1 backend cluster is deleted.
Therefore the events and logs are not available anymore.

How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create CRs to create a cluster
2. Wait for installation to finish

Actual results:
DebugInfo links to events and logs are not present

Expected results:
DebugInfo links to events and logs are presents, and functional.

- Keep the debug info available after installation
- Comment/skip day2 subsystem test
