Description of problem:
It is possible to set invalid base DNS domain using API.
I used: base_dns_domain="dnstest"

Expected to get an error, but cluster got updated instead.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Staging, v1.0.21.1

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a cluster
2. Using API, set invalid DNS

Actual results:
Cluster got updated

Expected results:
Error 400
